Parting a family

Have you ever thought about the life the Pokémon had before you caught it? What if you just caught a mother Pokémon and her children are left to die now?
For example, Delibird's Fire Red entry:  It nests at the edge of sharp cliffs. It spends all day carrying food to its awaiting chicks.

Poor things.

Spoink

One of Spoink's Pokédex entries says: "Spoink bounces around on its tail. The shock of its bouncing makes its heart pump. As a result, this Pokémon cannot afford to stop bouncing - if it stops, its heart will stop."

What happens if it gets paralyzed, frozen or knocked out?

Think about it.

Professor Oak

Professor Oak - The friendly old man from your hometown in Red/Blue/Yellow.
I don't know if you can still remember, but whenever you tried to use an item in Gen. I + II (+ Fire Red/Leaf Green) you can't use at that time, e.g. the bike in a house, Prof. Oak would say something like: "(Player Name)! This isn't the time to use that!" He is watching you.

Pokémon Blue
Pokémon Crystal

Fire Red

In Gen. III and following generations he stopped doing that.

Pokémon Sapphire - "DAD always says...."

Pokémon Platinum - "Prof. Rowan always says..."

Pokémon Heartgold - "Prof. Oak always says..."

Pokémon White - "Prof. Juniper always says..."

Thanks to omega_metroid for the hint.
Pics are taken by me. And sorry for the messed up design.

Life-leeching Litwick and soul-eating Lampent + Chandelure

So there's that cute little Candle-Pokémon called Litwick. According to its Pokédex entry it's really evil.

"While shining a light and pretending to be a guide, it leeches off the life force of any who follow it." Pokédex entry of Litwick in Pokémon White.

In Pokémon Black its entry says: "Litwick shines a light that absorbs the life energy of people and Pokémon, which becomes the fuel that it burns."

And when Litwick finished absorbing the life energy, its evolution, Lampent, appears.

"It arrives near the moment of death and steals spirit from the body." Pokédex entry of Lampent in Pokemon White.

In Pokémon Black its entry says: "This ominous Pokémon is feared. Through cities it wanders, searching for the spirits of the fallen."

Win-win situation for both, just not for the poor victims of Litwick...

By the way, my Litwick evolved to Lampent last night, should I be worried...?

And then there is its last stage, Chandelure.

"Being consumed in Chandelure's flame burns up the spirit, leaving the body behind." Pokédex entry of Chandelure in Pokémon White.

In Pokémon Black its entry says: "It absorbs a spirit, which it then burns. By waving the flames on its arms, it puts its foes into a hypnotic trance."

So at this stage it combines Litwick's and Lampent's abilities...I shouldn't have evolved mine a few minutes ago, I'm worried about my team now.  Pics are made by me btw...

Charmander's flame

While playing my FireRed version, I put an eye on Charmander's Pokédex entry. It says, when the flame on its tail goes out, it'll lose its life.

Charmander's Pokédex entry in FireRed

This means, if it gets hit by a water attack like Surf, there's a high chance to kill it? Since Surf is a huge wave. Or when it's buried by Rock Tomb? The possibilities are endless. Poor thing...
